Abstract
El sindrome doloroso regional complejo es actualmente una entidad poco comprendida en cuanto a su origen y mecanismo de producción. Los sintomas suelen ser sumamente intensos y afectan profundamente la calidad de vida de los sujetos que lo padecen. Esta revisión busca resumir los conceptos mas recientes en cuanto a posibles mecanismos fisiopatológicos de producción, manifestaciones c1ínícasy modalidades de tratamiento.
