Abstract
El trabajo intenta una revisión de lo que se maneja acerca de la membrana nuclear, describiendo el complejo del poro y señalando algunas de las numerosas proteínas asociadas a dicha estructura ubicadas en nuestras células. También se menciona la malla formada por las proteínas Laminas A, By C y su relación con la cara nuclear de la membrana interna y con la cromatina. La función fosforilante y desfosforilante de dichas proteínas también se revisa.
