Abstract
Paciente femenina de 20 años que acude por dolor abdominal en epigastrio, tipo punzante, sin irradiación, asociado a debilidad general, náuseas, y mareos. Se le realizó endoscopía, en la cual se evidenció la mucosa gástrica antral con aspecto nodular fino. Se le tomó biopsia para test de ureasa confirmando el diagnóstico de infección por Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori). La paciente fue tratada con omeprazol, claritomicina y amoxicilina por 14 días.
